Hey,
We have currently setup a new company about two weeks before they are going to be cut over to our HMC 4.0 platform.
This company is using pop accounts on another mail server and none of their mx records have been switched to our SMTP server yet. So The problem we are having is that there are companies on our current platfrom that are sending to the existing email address but they also exist on the Hosted Platform now and are going to these mailboxes and not the pop account ones. Is there anyway to stop this. There is currently no recipient policy for the company?
