    in my case i made a mistake that i forgot deploying the hosting platform ("Deploy the Hosting Platform" steps in HMC 3.5) :) . i followed the "Deploy the Hosting Platform" steps in HMC3.5 than i tried cmd > provtest CreateSampleServicePlans.xml everything became ok.

    Hi Conrad, The request was the standard according to the consolidated deployment guide. provtest createsampleserviceplans.xml. I have also edited the file to change the prefferd DC. So the core deployment completes fine. I have checked the name spaces and they all apper to be there. I should point out...
